We want you to love your purchase. But is your're not completely satisfied, well we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns with 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original package and condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Special orders and customs orders items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

How to start a Return

Email us at sales@t-shirtplus.com with your order number and  reason for the return. We will respond within 1 to 2 business days. For a faster respond call customer service during regular business hours at 1-800-518-4299.  We will give instructions for your return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a track-able shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Errors & Defective Items

We will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us with 7 days of receipt of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and it is inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Exchanges 

We're are happy to exchange items for a different size, color or different product subject to availability. You can also start that process by emailing us at sales@t-shirtplus.com.
